My Design Process
My process is flexible, iteration and collaborative. Some projects need more research, while others need more focus on UX and UI. I adjust my approach to fit what each project needs.

1
Let's talk
I want to get to know your business, the problems you face, and your expectation.

2
Research
These steps I do to understand your target users better, what's happening on market, and to find inspiration:

-
User research
-
Industry research
-
Competitive research
-
Creating user personas

3
Ideation
-
I propose to you my design solutions based on research insights and my imagination.
-
We brainstorm together to explore the best solutions from our different perspectives.
-
It's all about finding the harmony between what users need and business goals

4
Create wireframes
I draw the skeleton or sketch of the idea before adding the details. We make sure all team members are on the same page.

5
Create prototype
It's like creating magic. I design prototypes with colors and clickable, so you can see your idea comes to life.

6
Delivery
A crucial step is where I explain my design and my design decisions to the team. We check all the designs and make sure we are all on the same page. Then I deliver my design documentation to the developer.

7
Test
Now it's a showtime! I test the prototype on target users, at least three real users. To see how they click, scroll, and react. Their feedback helps us to catch some issues early, so we can make your idea even better, together.

8
Improve
Let's polish the design based on the feedback we received from users, because a good design always has a room to grow.
Btw, I draw the illustrations on Figma :)
